I paid for a 2 million won membership thanks to the consultation manager's dazzling silver tongue. First of all, the female director performs procedures very carefully. The male director is fast and finishes quickly. There seem to be two female staff members, and the other one is fast too. The biggest problem is the front desk and the staff. It's the very definition of a factory. No one is kind, and no one gives proper guidance. You have to ask everything yourself and do everything yourself. Communication of information between them is also poor. One time, I had finished all my procedures, and some staff member told me to wait outside, so I waited. After 10 minutes, I thought there really didn't seem to be anything left to do, so I went back and asked why I was waiting, and they said everything was done and I could just go home. It was absurd. I really wasted my money and couldn't even get a refund, used up the whole amount, and I will never go again
