I ended up paying 2 million won for a membership card thanks to the consulting manager's dazzling way with words First of all, the female doctor did the procedure meticulously. The male doctor was very quick and finished fast. There seem to be two female staff members too, and the other one is quick as well. The biggest problem is the front desk and the staff. It is a factory through and through. Nobody is kind, and there is not a single person who properly explains anything. You have to ask everything yourself and do everything yourself. They also do not pass information to each other very well. One time, I had already finished the procedure, but one staff member told me to wait outside, so I waited. After 10 minutes, I thought there was nothing left for me to do, so I went back and asked why I was waiting, and they said everything was done and I could just go home. It was absurd. I really could not even get a refund because I felt sorry for the money, so I used up the whole amount and will never go again.
