This was my first Botox procedure. I only got forehead-glabella Botox because my glabellar wrinkles were severe, and I just went in, got it done, and left in a factory-like atmosphere without any consultation. I paid first before the procedure, and I had booked domestic Botox, but at payment they suddenly charged me the imported Botox price without asking, which threw me off. When I said to charge me again for the domestic one, they did, but I wondered if they had tried to quietly overcharge me... or if they were just busy... Anyway, the staff friendliness was a bit disappointing, and I didn’t even get to hear who the doctor was when I had the Botox procedure, but I was satisfied with the effect... The doctor was fine too, even though we only met very briefly...
