This was my first Botox procedure. I had severe frown lines, so I only got glabella Botox, and it was just a factory-like atmosphere where I went in without any consultation, got the injection, and left. Before the procedure, I paid first, and I had booked domestic Botox, but at payment they suddenly charged me the imported Botox price without permission, which caught me off guard. When I told them to charge it again as domestic Botox, they did, but I wondered whether they had been trying to charge me more on the sly because they were busy or something. In any case, I was somewhat disappointed with how friendly the staff was, and I had the procedure done without even being told who the Botox doctor was, but I was satisfied with the effect. The doctor was fine too, even though I only saw them very briefly.
