I think the consultation ratio was about half with the consultant and half with the doctor. The doctor was kind, but it seemed like they conducted the consultation assuming the patient already had some knowledge about plastic surgery. It felt like if I wanted information about the surgery, I had to ask each question one by one. All the staff were kind.
