The consultation ratio was about half and half between the consultation manager and the doctor. The doctor was kind, but it felt like he was consulting while assuming the patient already had some knowledge about cosmetic surgery. If I wanted information about the procedure, I felt like I had to ask one question at a time? The staff were all kind.
