It was truly the worst factory-style petite dermatology clinic I’ve been to.
The managers excessively recommend procedures because they’re trying to secure their own incentives, and the service quality of the staff here is low. They’re curt, and even waiting there is honestly irritating.
Even when they applied ointment to the laser hair-removal area while wearing vinyl gloves, they were really careless, and above all, the procedure room was really bad… While getting the procedure, with only one curtain separating things, I felt like a hen in a cramped chicken coop. I absolutely don’t plan to pay for any other procedures there, and even if I do, I’ll go check at the main branch first.
I don’t understand why the front-desk staff tries to get into a power struggle with patients when setting an appointment date. In any case, the hair-removal center is the worst.
