This is honestly the worst factory-style petit dermatology clinic I have ever been to.
The managers push procedures too aggressively because they want to take home their own commission, and the service quality from the staff here is low and rude. Even while I was waiting, I was so irritated.
Even when they were wearing vinyl gloves and applying ointment to the laser hair-removal area, they did it with no care at all, and the treatment room itself is just awful... Honestly, while getting the procedure done, it felt like being a hen in a chicken coop with just one curtain, and I have no intention of paying for any other procedure here. Even if I do one someday, I will go to the main building and check it first.
I cannot even understand why the front desk staff act like they are having a battle of wills with the patient when setting the appointment date, and in any case the hair-removal center is the worst.
