They are kind, but there are always a lot of customers, so waiting for tens of minutes is basically required. One time, there were a lot of customers on a Saturday, so I waited over 30 minutes and it ended up going until closing time. After getting an Aqua Peel (really roughly done ㅠㅠ but you get what you pay for, so it was okay..), it was my turn for Botox, and some of the aestheticians had left while a few were finishing up in the back (which is completely understandable).
