The director really listens to every single question and answers all of them. From a patient’s perspective, that made them feel trustworthy. It means they think from the patient’s point of view. They also checked whether I had any additional questions or anything I felt was lacking. I also liked that they seemed confident about the surgery. They carefully checked the problematic condition of my nose and explained the process well. However, what worries me is that the surgery time is longer than I expected. Of course, every director has different methods and processes, so I understand that part, but it’s such a long time.. I am worried.
