One-month post-op review! Circumference decreased by 5 cm!
- Reason I had surgery
Having huge upper arms had been so stressful for me since I was young, and even when I lost weight down to 43 kg while preparing for a body profile shoot, my body slimmed down but my upper arms absolutely would notㅠ I also had severe accessory breasts, so I couldn’t wear sleeveless tops.. I really wanted to wear sleeveless tops next year, so after doing all the online research and in-person visits, I chose Dr. Fit Clinic and had arm 360 + buffalo hump liposuction, removing a total of 1200 cc!
- Consultation
When I first went to the clinic for a consultation, it was the last clinic of my in-person visits, so I was already a bit exhausted from having heard and experienced so many things. There were places that were unfriendly, places that quoted prices that were too expensive, and places that had no doctor consultation and ended simply with a manager consultation. There were also clinics that said they would remove a large volume, but because I was afraid of side effects, safety was my priority. But at Dr. Fit, the doctor, the manager, and the desk staff were all so kind, and they explained everything really, really well. They measured the circumference of all my areas of concern, measured the amount of fat with ultrasound, and most importantly, there was no pressure! Other clinics had suggested doing the bra line together too, but at Dr. Fit they said I didn’t need to go that far and helped reduce my cost! And above all, it fit exactly within the price range I had in mind, so I chose this place~
- Surgery review
After I came out of surgery, I was so, so cold, but I had sleeping socks on and the heated mat was turned on too.. And since they only do 2 surgeries a day, I recovered comfortably in the recovery room for about 2 hours? and then was discharged! Right after surgery, while I was taking the subway home, around the time the anesthesia started wearing off, my armpits hurt like crazy.. So I took the Tylenol I had brought, and after a little while I felt so fine as if it had never hurt! After that, there was no pain at all, just the level of pressing on bruised areas? Muscle soreness? That was about the extent of the pain! I didn’t bruise much either, and a lot has gone down even now, but I’m the type who swells a lot, so there is still a lot of swelling, and I think it will go down much more than in those photos haha
