Review of Mint Thread Face Lift and Facial Liposuction in My 40s (Photos)

Before before before before before Lately it’s cold to wear short sleeves, hot to wear a padded jacket, and indoors it’s too hot, so I wore long sleeves with a thin padded jacket. It’s cold morning and evening, it rains, and I don’t know how to dress for the weather. Time really seems to go fast. A lot of time has passed, so I’m writing a review of my mint thread face lift and facial liposuction.

Lately, maybe it’s time to get thread lifting again, because I feel like my jawline is slowly starting to need correction again, so I’m trying to hold out with laser lifting. Since it’s cheaper, I got Shurink, and I think the effect is decent. I also got masseter Botox again for 50,000 won. lol Still, I think once you get double-chin liposuction and thread lifting, it lasts a long time. My skin is dry, so I do a lot of mask packs. For laser, I only do something like skin toning, mainly to lighten pigmentation a bit. I think toning is cost-effective. I get toning at another clinic, and the director checks my condition and does a lot of different things for me.

Doublo works well, but the hot, burning-like pain is quite severe, and with Shurink, I’ll have to watch the effect more, but the pain is definitely less. Since it’s the end of the year, I thought there would be a lot of gatherings, so I went to a dermatology clinic for the first time in a while. Still, I think it’s okay because I can do it for around 200,000 won. For maintenance, I tend to focus on cheaper options. I don’t have the means to invest a lot of money, and I’m already worried about academy fees for my son who will enter middle school next year.ㅠ Everyone, what academies do you send your middle-school sons to??? It seems like the atmosphere is that you have to make them do Korean, English, and math. ;;

The effect of facial liposuction is permanent, so I think it’s really important to get it from an experienced and skilled director from the start. The clinic I went to doesn’t charge extra for revision surgery, but if there’s too much fat, almost twice as much as other people, it’s a bit disappointing that there’s an extra fee. They say it takes a long time; still, I think the effect is definitely good. I like that I don’t have to do it again. I was planning to do a face thread lift once at the end of the year, but since my sagging isn’t too severe and it’s still holding up well, I did laser this time. I don’t have any huge plans either, so I think I can just focus on minor cosmetic procedures at the end of the year. Skin care definitely seems to be all about timing. This kind of weather is good for getting treatments too, and if you’re considering facial liposuction and facial wrinkle thread lifting, I recommend going before December 20. Once school vacation starts, it gets chaotic, and it’s hard to book clinics too.. So it’s better to go as soon as possible. Even if you book now, for popular one-doctor clinics, weekend appointments are filled at least 2 weeks in advance. I usually go to clinics on Wednesdays. That’s when it’s the quietest, and just like you have to line up at opening for good restaurants lol, I feel like with clinics too, if you go early, you get out early. I’m the type who likes going early. Everyone, when you go to a famous clinic, line up at opening.

These days there are really many cheap places for jaw Botox too, even in the 10,000-won range, but I tend to avoid those places. In the past, I got masseter Botox from someone without experience, and every time I chewed, it bulged out like a frog, so I was extremely stressed. No matter what, experience is the best. Go to a place where the director has a lot of experience. Clinics with many patients have a reason. And places that don’t over-treat are good. You know how sometimes you go to 3 places and they all say different things. I think the director who recommends the least is the honest one. Honestly, if you do one thing and are satisfied, you can keep going. If your budget is tight, try facial liposuction for a V-line and double chin first, then it’s about 990,000 won. If you do that and are satisfied, you can do more next year, and I don’t think you need to do a lot from the beginning. It’s not like they make the price cheap either, so I recommend doing only exactly what you need!

If you don’t have double-chin fat but are worried about sagging, there is thread lifting specifically for the double chin. You can just do that like I did.

For thread lifting too, rather than very expensive threads, if you focus on cost-effectiveness, your skin tone improves too, and even though it’s over 60 threads, it’s 790,000 won, so it isn’t burdensome.

If you’re wondering how to lose chin fat, you absolutely have to do facial liposuction. I recommend doing that and then using laser treatments like Ultherapy or Shurink for maintenance. Thermage is the opposite of Ultherapy, and it makes the skin firmer, right? It’s too expensive for me to even consider. Oligio or Tune Face seem to last only briefly.ㅠ But these days I feel like my forehead and under-eye skin have gotten thinner..ㅠ Later I think I’ll have to do Rejuran, Chanel injection, or exosomes or something. I’ll have to think carefully about it sometime next year.

For filler, my nasolabial folds have been around for about 2 years and are slowly becoming hollow again. For now, since I did Shurink, I’m hoping they tighten up a bit. Forehead filler and nose filler were done with somewhat firm filler, so they don’t seem to disappear easily even after a long time. Under-eye aegyo filler and lip filler didn’t look dramatically pretty or obvious compared with how painful they were, so I don’t end up doing them. I had some hollowing in the lateral cheeks, so I got filler there too, but that also seems to be slowly becoming noticeable again.

I’m thinking of a facelift as late as possible, maybe after 60. It seems too risky.ㅠ As I get older, I definitely think it’s important for the face to be the luxury item. No matter how much you carry designer bags, honestly there are hardly any occasions to carry them. When meeting close friends, it’s not like you’re showing off designer items, and carrying them actually feels more uncomfortable. But when I hear that my face looks the same as when I was young, I feel proud. hehe

Don’t do it at overly expensive places. If you have a lot of fat, first remove it with facial liposuction, and if you have severe sagging, lift the sagging area with thread lifting, compare cost-effective options in the 1 million won range, and after that, I recommend maintaining it with lasers in the 100,000-won range or Botox in the 50,000-won range. Then luxury skin is possible without spending a huge amount of money!! I’m drinking a lot of water these days too. lol I think that helps too. The weather is getting cold~ Everyone, be careful not to catch a cold!!!
