They talk about it so casually, like it’s some kind of procedure, and they also recommend doing fat grafting together, but I just can’t understand why they recommend doing that fat grafting together. I don’t want to have surgery twice Would it be okay to do only under-eye fat repositioning first and decide later whether to do fat grafting? I’m really torn about it.
