When I go for consultations, everyone says there are absolutely no side effects or anythingㅠㅠ They recommend under-eye fat repositioning and even fat grafting together. Please tell me really honestly about under-eye fat repositioning and fat grafting, whether there are side effects, what kinds there are, and whether side effects are more common than expectedㅠㅠ
