I had my nose shaved down this February... I had a severe hump nose, but I guess I had some bridge height. I went around to about 5 clinics, and every doctor told me to do only the nasal tip without an implant. (I also had functional rhinoplasty done together.) But right now I really don’t like my nose, so I want to get AS/revision... I had hump removal + autologous rib cartilage tip + columella reduction + functional rhinoplasty, so the first surgery came out to over 7 million won, you know? But paying again to get revision surgery at another clinic is way too much financially, so I want AS at the same clinic. I remember the AS was free for 1 year if there was a side effect? Recently, when I went in for a consultation saying I didn’t like the shape of my nose, both the consultant and the director gave only formal answers with a really half-hearted vibe, like “yeah, we’re not going to do it anyway~” even though I said I didn’t like it and wanted improvement... But I really don’t like it right now ㅜㅜ First of all, I didn’t know my bridge would get this low even after shaving down the hump completely... The director said that if silicone was put in the bridge it would become too high and look like Avatar, so we should go without an implant. He also said he raised the tip as much as possible, but honestly, my nose after surgery = just the normal height of someone else’s natural nose // there’s no difference. Really. Nobody knows I had nose surgery, even though I paid over 7 million won... At first, around 4-5 months, the swelling was still remaining in the prettiest way, so the nose height was good and I liked everything. But as the swelling went down, it somehow became too thin and narrow, like how pro-ana people look like only their bones are left, and it’s not the look I wanted... The nose I wanted was a slightly thick and high nose, like influencer Kkwonnana or TWICE Chaeyoung’s nose. So when I had my first surgery, I clearly said that they didn’t have to shave the hump down too much, and that I did not want a small nose. But now my nose has become freaking small, so my face area looks wider and flatter... And the height and shape of the nose don’t match any of the photos I brought. On top of that, they called it functional rhinoplasty and did rhinitis surgery too, but my nose is still blocked. The only thing that improved is that the hump is gone. Thinking that I burned 7 million won just for that one thing makes me want AS, but what should I argue about to make them do it...? Even when I keep pushing, they kind of try to slip past it like a smooth talker. Like, “This is the best for your nose... yeah.” But I’m seriously not lying, I feel like my current nose is smaller and lower than my friends’ noses who haven’t had surgery... It’s not a mental issue, it looks that way even in photos. And I brought photos of a straight-looking, rounded nose (like Go Youn-jung), but now when I take photos, the tip looks roundly curled downward and droopy. Kind of like Shin Hyun-joon’s nose... Even if it’s not the nose I wanted, it’s still a surgically done nose, but it’s not pretty. The bridge is thin and narrow, but the tip looks bulbous... I don’t know what this is. If they do AS, how do you usually receive it? Do you have to pay an additional fee? + I had my first surgery with autologous rib cartilage, so if I get AS, how do they fix the tip...?

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I’m deciding between Asan and RU! Has anyone had surgery at Asan?ˀ̣
My nose had inflammation, so everything has been removed, and I think there’s still a little inflammation left. Considering that, I feel like Asan might be the right choice, but I’m so torn because I don’t know if the shape will turn out pr
