I've had consultations at 4 plastic surgery clinics for revision rhinoplasty, and wherever I go, the price difference between autologous rib cartilage and donated rib cartilage is 1.2 million won, or even up to 1.5 million won... Everyone says autologous rib cartilage has no side effects and doesn't get absorbed much, so I was thinking of this as really my last nose surgery and thought I should definitely go with autologous rib cartilage. But the consultant who spoke with me today said there are cases of side effects with autologous rib cartilage too, and that it's not very different from donated rib cartilageㅜㅜ If there really isn't much difference between donated rib cartilage and autologous rib cartilage, the price is also a big burden, so I'm thinking of going with donated rib cartilage. Would that be okay, maybe??? I still don't know much, so ...
