It's been 7 years since my double eyelid surgery, and one side came undone, so I had one revision surgery and I'm doing fine. Since it was the buried suture method, I expected it might come undone once. I think you have to do it keeping that in mind. But since the skin has sagged a bit, I sometimes think I should have set the line a little bigger. But then as time passes, I forget about it again. Also, when I see people who got greedy, I think I did well by keeping it natural. No one knows I had double eyelid surgery..
