I think I really went around to 3–4 clinics that do natural in-out folds. Seriously, everywhere else said my eyes needed posterior canthoplasty, lower canthoplasty, anterior canthoplasty, and incision, and that I had to book quickly... It was my first surgery and it was so expensive, so I worried a lot, but the clinic I chose last really didn’t even recommend posterior or lower canthoplasty. I asked first, “Do I need posterior and lower canthoplasty too..??” and they firmly told me I didn’t need them. They didn’t pressure me either, so I chose them and had it done, and now it’s really extremely natural haha. No one knows I had double eyelid surgery
