The front desk staff were so unfriendly it was uncomfortable.. Their tone was stiff even on the phone. Not everyone was like that, though. The consultant I met with was kind. The director spoke very straightforwardly and clearly. I did try to get a line drawn, but it was just so-so.. They tend to subtly steer you toward booking on the same day by saying the discount is different, and they keep emphasizing that the director has a lot of experience with eye surgery.
