The front desk staff are rude and uncomfortable to deal with.. Even on the phone, their tone is very blunt. Not everyone is like that though. The manager I consulted with was kind lol The director spoke very clearly and directly. I did try mapping out the line, but it was just so-so.. If you book on the same day, they subtly push the idea that the discount will be different, and they keep emphasizing that the director has a lot of experience with eye surgery.
