First of all, the hospital atmosphere feels a bit chaotic.. And I had the consultation with the manager first, and it was the worst among all the places I’ve consulted so far. The consultation room desk was cluttered with unnecessary documents and items, making it messy and distracting. The manager kept making uncomfortable expressions throughout the consultation, and spoke to me in a tone that felt dismissive of patients, which really made me feel bad and was very rude ㅠㅠ On the other hand, the director was extremely kind. They explained everything I asked about in detail, which was very helpful ㅠ I was very satisfied with the director’s consultation haha, but everything else was quite disappointing..
