First of all, the hospital atmosphere was a bit chaotic.. And I met with the manager first, and it was the worst consultation I have had so far. The consultation room desk was cluttered with unnecessary documents and items, making it messy and distracting. The person called the manager also kept making an uncomfortable facial expression throughout the consultation, and spoke to patients in a dismissive tone, so I was really upset and found them rude T_T On the other hand, the doctor was extremely kind. They explained each question in detail, which helped a lot T_T The consultation with the doctor was very satisfying haha, but the rest was a big disappointment in my memory..
