The director and the nurses were all very kind. It did not feel like a mechanical kind of politeness, but like kindness that really came through naturally. I only had my dorsal hump shaved down and my nasal tip cartilage repositioned. It came out with a half-straight, half-curved line, yet still natural, so right after the surgery I heard a lot of people say my nose looked pretty. But as I got older, maybe because the shape of the nose keeps changing, the tip has gradually lowered and drooped over the past 5 years, so now I am looking into revision surgery. It feels like the limit of cartilage tying.
