The director and the nurses were all very kind. It felt like kindness that came naturally, not the mechanical kind. I only had hump-nose smoothing and nasal tip cartilage repositioning. It gave me a naturally straight-but-slightly upturned line, and right after surgery I got a lot of compliments that my nose looked pretty. But as I got older, maybe because the shape kept changing, over the course of 5 years the tip gradually dropped and sagged, so now I am looking into revision surgery. It feels like the limits of cartilage suturing.
