It has been quite a while since my rhinoplasty—about four years, I think—and I had it done at Tami. People around me often said that my nose turned out very well, and even now people still ask where I had it done. The director chose a surgical approach suited to the condition of my nose, and during the consultation explained both the style I wanted and what was actually possible, which I appreciated. I do not remember the facilities being particularly impressive, but all the staff were kind and the postoperative care was good. Looking back, the director suggested making my nose a little higher, but I was very timid and asked for the most natural result possible. As time passed, I was left wondering whether I should have made it just a little higher as he suggested T_T Of course, I am sufficiently satisfied with my current nose, and people around me say it looks natural and well done, but I sometimes wonder whether I should have been a little more ambitious. Even though it has been quite a long time since surgery, I like the shape of my nose and the reactions from people around me have been positive, so overall I am satisfied. If I consulted again now, I think I would consider the director’s recommended approach a little more seriously.
