The Ciel review

I had fat grafting three years ago. I received the first and second sessions about one or two months apart, and I do not remember the exact cost. My forehead was naturally tilted backward with severe hollowness, making my brow bones look relatively prominent and casting a shadow above my eyebrows not only from the side but even from the front;; I was very self-conscious about my forehead. At the time, I was choosing between Ellansé and fat grafting, and chose fat grafting because I preferred something permanent. Looking back, it was still surgery… I think I made a quick decision when I was young and fearless lol… The clinic did not even have an anesthesiologist lol T_T. If I were deciding again now, I would probably choose a simpler Ellansé treatment rather than surgery. Since Ellansé also lasts relatively long, I think it would have been a good choice. In conclusion, even now, three years after fat grafting, I am still extremely satisfied. The director here really dislikes making the face look larger through fat grafting, so he designed it conservatively, focusing on the center rather than filling the sides of the forehead, because filling them fully would make the face look wider horizontally. No one knows I had surgery, to the point that I even forget it myself, but comparing before-and-after photos, the result is amazing haha. It was something that always bothered me, but since the surgery I have never once worried or thought about my forehead. Besides being young and having a hollow forehead, I did not have an extremely lean face, which may also have helped the grafts take well. Some fat was harvested from the saddlebag area of my thighs, and there was only one small incision near the hip-to-tailbone area. Now the scar is barely visible. I am quite thin, so I was told to gain a little weight, up to at least 50 kg, before surgery. Fat grafting is not recommended for people planning to lose more than 10 kg, gain that much, or repeatedly fluctuate in weight. I have always maintained a weight similar to when I had the grafting, so there was no major change, but the director also told me that if I gained or lost a great deal of weight, it would show clearly on my face first.
