At the place I was referred to, they said I only needed silicone inserted, so I went ahead with it right away. When I looked at the CT images, it was L-shaped silicone, and it had shifted downward. The director said it should be removed and the nasal tip pulled up, then examined it by touch and also showed me photos of the line I wanted from previous cases.
I thought I wouldn't have to worry because of the director's skill and his warm, kind manner. The consultant also explained things kindly, and the surgery date worked out well, so I decided on both revision surgery and rhinitis surgery.
After surgery, inserting the anesthesia IV needle actually hurt more; after the surgery, I took medicine, so it didn't hurt. I was worried because I heard removing the nasal packing hurts, but it was okay. I diligently did cold compresses and drank pumpkin juice too.
After 5 days, removing the splint hurt, and removing the stitches just stung a little and was over quickly. They also placed a prosthesis so there wouldn't be deformity after taking ear cartilage~
Once the splint came off, aside from swelling, I immediately felt that the line was pretty. I did compresses diligently, and fortunately there was no bruising under my eyes.
At 2 weeks, I met friends, and they said that aside from slight swelling around the nasal bridge, it wasn't noticeable. At one month, I can feel that the swelling has gone down more, and as someone with revision surgery experience who knows it takes 3~6 months to become completely natural, I've decided to wait patiently~
