Before surgery, I had a severe protruding jaw and asymmetry. My smile and side profile stressed me out, and when I turned 20, I thought I definitely had to get surgery. Because I had malocclusion, I experienced a lot of discomfort when eating and brushing my teeth, so I had double jaw surgery and chin surgery at DA.
Most of the residual swelling has gone down, and after losing a lot of weight because I couldn't eat, I'm slowly gaining some back..^^: At first, I thought I had developed fat under my jaw and wondered if it was sagging, but thinking about it now, I think even that was swelling. There was also a dental clinic together, so it was convenient when I received my wafer and went in for follow-up care. I can live without discomfort even when making big movements like sneezing, coughing, yawning, or laughing widely. Since I made a really big decision to have the surgery, I went through a hard time, but looking back now, my image has changed 180 degrees and it looks natural, so I'm happy. Now I think only the weight-loss process remains.
