First of all, the hospital facilities looked okay. My first impression of the director was that he seemed handsome, and his way of speaking was gentle and on the kind side. For nasal materials, rather than strongly recommending one specific thing, it felt like he gave the patient more choice, but after the consultation, I didn’t particularly feel, “This is the director.” And the consultant... No, while going around for consultations, this was the first time I met such a rude consultant lol. I could feel that she wanted to end the consultation quickly and was tired. If that’s how she’s going to be, she should quit. Why sit there saying she’s a consultant?
