I was concerned about my low and broad-looking nose. VN is a hospital I found while reading reviews on a cafe, and there were quite a lot of reviews with results matching the shape I wanted, so I made a reservation because I was curious what kind of look they would actually create. The director said that for my nose, septal cartilage and ear cartilage basically had to be used, but since I don't have much septal cartilage, I might have to use costal cartilage. What I liked most was that they didn't just explain it like, yes, everything can be done in the shape and height I want. Instead, if something couldn't be done, they accurately explained why it couldn't, and then how the surgery should be done?! Somehow it seemed like the director had pride that came from experience with rhinoplasty, so I liked it. Good
