I spent years thinking about it and finally had it done as my first cosmetic surgery. I live with my parents, so to avoid getting caught, I had no choice but to do it at a hospital specializing in internal incisions. I'm very satisfied! The side nostril flare definitely looks less prominent, and my nostrils show less. But since it was an internal incision and my nose was originally round, no one can tell what I had done, which is a little sad. Still, my biggest goal was to reduce the presence of my nostril wings, so I'm satisfied.
