The swelling has now gone down to some extent, and although the shape isn't completely settled, it's fairly okay. I had surgery with no implant, using only my septal cartilage.
When I had rhinoplasty, my nose was slightly droopy, and when I asked them to make it natural, they somehow made it into such a pig nose and lifted it up so much that it looked like a bulbous nose. It also became shorter. I didn't even get silicone for the nasal bridge, but they only lifted the nasal tip sharply toward the sky, so the nasal bridge looked relatively low and only the nasal tip stuck up, like the noses of Southeast Asian women lol. They didn't even fully lift the very tip of the nose; they lifted the area above the tip, so it really didn't look refined at all, just a bulbous nose... Since they pushed it that far, there was even a show-through phenomenon, ha.
I decided on removal because I thought my original nose was much more elegant and pretty, and now that I've had it removed, my nose actually looks higher overall. So strange~~ The nasal tip that had been abruptly lifted upward is gradually coming down, the length is returning, and as it comes down, my old calm and graceful image is coming back.
I hope it comes down more!!
Now I understand why everyone says it's somewhere between a surgically altered nose and the original nose. For now, it feels like 60% surgical nose and 40% original nose, but since I'm still only at month 3, I hope it comes down more. When I touch it, it's blunt and hard, maybe because of scar tissue!!
When I had the surgically altered nose, even just turning on the selfie camera made me not want to take pictures, and even with full makeup I didn't look pretty, so I barely took any photos. Yesterday and today, I had to do full makeup for the first time in a while, so I turned on the selfie camera and looked pretty, so I took photos several times. I even talked to myself like, yeah... if it's this much, it's pretty... Puha ㅎ ㅜ It's been so long since I looked at the selfie camera and liked it in my own way... I guess your original face really is the best ㅠㅠ
