Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

I had everything removed today. Photos deleted

I had my first surgery around 2007, and my second surgery was in 2018. The second surgery was also because of silicone sagging, and in the end it was the same: warping, sagging and showing through, redness, and so on. My original nose was already crooked, and because I had it raised high, it looked even more crooked.

If you read my posts, you can see where I went for consultations, so you can probably infer the clinic. I’ll write down day by day how the swelling goes. Office workers are curious about swelling and pain, right? I’m not a broker, just an ordinary office worker who paid for it myself. Honestly, everyone here is so on edge that people don’t really trust each other’s posts.

I had everything removed and just simple cartilage repositioning. It was under sedation anesthesia.

1. First day: During surgery I was insanely nervous, so my blood pressure shot up like crazy and they gave me something like a sedative, and it made me feel strangely floaty and dazed haha. Then surgery started, red sun~ They woke me up during suturing. I could feel them touching me, but I wasn’t in my right mind~ After that I moved to the recovery room, and my throat was so dry because it was an afternoon surgery and I hadn’t eaten since morning.. Afterward they showed me what they had taken out, such as the capsule and silicone >> There was no pain, just a heavy feeling. I was so hungry that when I got home I hurriedly ate seaweed soup, took my medicine, and went for a walk. As I kept applying cold compresses, by around 12 at night my eyes started looking pulled together as if I’d had medial epicanthoplasty. I guess the swelling had started.

2. Second day: The swelling is starting. I’m not usually the type who swells a lot. A slight bruise is starting to appear from the left side. The swelling around the inner corners of my eyes is still there. Other than occasional slight stinging, there’s no major pain. When I think about how self-conscious I was because of the silicone sagging, this level of pain is...

3. Third day: There isn’t much difference in swelling. But my nose throbs a bit more, and it’s hard to remember to take the antibiotics. I was on a keto diet, and you know antibiotics can make you gain weightㅠㅜ Since I scheduled this in a hurry, I had even taken omega-3 and vitamins until two days before surgery. I’m just hoping the bruising won’t be too severe.

●Day 3 afternoon, splint removal●

I look exactly like an Avatar haha. I also had bruising and a blood collection between my eyebrows, so they removed it. Everything else is fine, but when they removed the splint, I almost cursed, like f***. I don’t know if only the place where I had mine removed does it that painfully, but out of the whole surgery process, that hurt the most. Ah, I’m still swearing, seriouslyㅋㅋㅋㅋ

4. Days 4, 5, and 6 The swelling goes down very slightly. The Avatar look is still there, and the bruising that started is turning yellow. This cannot be covered with BB cream or concealer. Office workers, I don’t know if you have some godlike makeup skills, but I can’t do itㅋㅋㅋㅋ Anyway, please keep in mind that your face will look like you got punched.

Today it has gotten a bit better, but the bruising is still the same~
