After deciding on my first rhinoplasty, I made a consultation appointment after narrowing it down to hospitals that offer custom silicone + natural-looking results. I waited a month just for the consultation appointment The hospital facilities, consultant, and director were all kind and good, but the consultation with the director lasted only about 10 minutes. The reason was that the director said I looked fine without surgery and could not do it. My nose is slightly crooked to a degree that ordinary people would not notice, but they said if it were raised, it would become visible, and that the disadvantages would outweigh the benefits. I could not get recommendations on what materials would be good, the surgical method, or an estimate (the estimate amount I wrote is just approximate) I understand what they meant, but I wonder if correcting that is not part of a doctor's capability I just got the impression that they only want to do easy surgeries that produce good results
