The consultation took about 50 minutes The consultant only gave price information and did not pressure me I wanted custom silicone. Since I did not have much septal cartilage, the director recommended costal cartilage I felt costal cartilage was not right for a first surgery, so I decided on septal cartilage + ear cartilage They showed me a simulation of how much could be achieved using septal cartilage The consultation with the director was good, and if I do it, I plan to do it here
