First of all, the consultant is so, so, so kind. They explain things in a gentle way, which makes you feel at ease. The director is also confident, marks the line neatly, and does not recommend procedures that are not necessary. They answer questions well. I did not wait long for the consultation. I think I saw the director within 10 minutes.
