I had a consultation with Director Do Eon-rok. Maybe he was tired after surgery, but during the consultation he leaned all the way back in his chair and consulted in a dry, tired-seeming way, so it felt a bit off.. Instead, he did not recommend unnecessary surgery and focused on only what my eyes currently needed when explaining the surgical direction. But during the consultation he was a bit scary and I got a coercive feeling, so I was not sure whether he would take responsibility if the surgery did not go in the direction I wanted. Honestly, the manager was much worse than the director. They kept speaking informally during the consultation and pressured me really hard about the deposit, creating an atmosphere where I couldn’t just go home, telling me to think about it in the consultation room When I said I would think a bit more and contact them, they called me twice again the next day;;
