Kind and does not overtreat. I liked that I could feel a safety-oriented approach and a preference for a natural aesthetic. However, it feels like they tend to send people back telling them not to have surgery unless it is really necessary (personally, it felt like about 5 out of 10 people), so it may be a bit unclear for someone who wants improvement from their current face.
