Kind and no overtreatment. I liked that there was a clear safety-first, natural-aesthetic approach. But there is a feeling that they send most people away by telling them not to have surgery unless necessary (in my impression, about 5 out of 10 people), so if you are someone who wants improvement from your current face, it may feel a bit ambiguous.
