First of all, the consultation was short. It was disappointing that they did not really answer things I had not asked about, and the answers themselves were not as professional as I had expected. However, they definitely do not seem to recommend anything excessive. I also asked about revision rhinoplasty, and they said that if I do not have any major dissatisfaction, there is no need to do it.
