I’m thinking about what material to use for revision rhinoplasty For my first surgery, they used septal cartilage, but it didn’t improve my bulbous nose at all Looking at reviews, it seems a lot of people use rib cartilage. If so, can it make a bulbous nose look slimmer..? I’m looking into revision surgery because I really saw no frontal-view effect at all Please let me know if DI, The Door, and Miho are good at this!

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
