Hehe, I had thigh and hip liposuction in the sweltering heat of mid-August, and now exactly 3 months have passed!
In the photos, it may look like there isn't a huge difference, but in real life, I'm extremely satisfied.

1) Satisfaction 4.5 out of 5 (I’m saving the remaining 0.5 for when the scars fade a bit more haha) Honestly, the first week after surgery was very painful, but after that, I’ve been living for the joy of looking at my legs every day. I’m so satisfied.
2) Bio-bond The surgery cost at the hospital included 5 sessions of radiofrequency. Maybe I’m just the type who doesn’t really develop bio-bond? Even from the first radiofrequency session, there wasn’t much lumping, and after finishing all the radiofrequency sessions, the remaining lumpiness disappeared.
*But the doctor said bio-bond really varies from person to person, so you can only know after surgery.
3) Weight change (height 155 cm) Before surgery 44-45 After surgery 43-44 There’s almost no change, and honestly right now, since winter has come, I am gaining a little.
Liposuction was never a surgery for weight loss in the first place, so I’m not paying attention to that!
4) Overall review The reasons I can be satisfied are! - Because they didn’t remove too much: from the start, my goal was to change my body shape, not dieting - Because I wore my compression garment diligently - Because I stayed active? I think the swelling went down really quickly too - Because I worked out hard: as soon as one month passed, I started gym cardio, and I’m doing running and StairMaster at least 3 times a week~
Looking at side effects, there seemed to be a lot of people who asked for ultra-thin thighs without really knowing and then ended up with side effects.. I definitely recommend doing thorough consultations and getting it done by a skilled director!
I’ll come back and leave a 6-month review too.
