While preparing for the wedding, more than anything else, I was so worried about my upper-arm fat, like what if I couldn’t wear the dress I wanted because of it hahaha It’s not like I could wear a dress that comes all the way up to my neck,,, I felt like I needed to slice off my upper arms, so while looking through lots of reviews in a community, I got a recommendation that there was a hospital good at arm liposuction where I live too, so I went right away. Seeing people with bigger builds like me end up with bone-thin arms made me want to slice mine off immediately lol So I booked the surgery right away, and it’s already been 3 months since surgery!
I had about 2500 cc of fat removed with 360-degree sculpting? of my upper arms, and even got the bra line cleaned up!
After liposuction, I went for my first dress fitting at 2 months post-op! Around the 2-month mark, I still had swelling, so I wanted to delay the dress fitting a bit more, but the schedule didn’t work out, so I ended up doing the fitting before all the swelling had gone downㅠㅠ Unlike what I had worried about, I was no longer my old self lololol With my shoulder line falling neatly, I got to freely choose and try on the dresses I’d wanted to wear.
The staff helping me all said I looked pretty and asked where I had it done~ They said I was already pretty enough now, but if I was planning to lose more weight, to tell them in advance because they’d need to keep that in mind for alterations hahaha I told them there was still time before the second fitting, so I’d control my diet and work hard on losing weight until then!!
Since then, I’ve been doing diet and exercise together and lost over 8 kg! At this rate, maybe a mermaid dress will be possible too? hahaha For anyone like me who is considering arm liposuction before a wedding!! Don’t hesitate, just do it! If you really want a definite effect in a short time, I think liposuction is the answer.
