The director did the consultation first, looked at my face, and told me what procedures I needed. But the way they spoke was subtly unpleasant. Still, the results are good, so I plan to keep going. The staff are also kind, and the consultation staff honestly explained the possible discomfort during procedures and gave good recommendations and non-recommendations.
