The director consults first and looks at your face to tell you what procedures you need. But the tone is a little subtly unpleasant. Still, the effect is good, so I plan to keep going. The staff are also kind, and the consultation employee was honest about the uncomfortable parts of procedures and gave good recommendations and non-recommendations.
