Plan to remove L-shaped silicone done 10 years ago

I had a consultation for revision rhinoplasty recently. Before getting a CT scan, I didn't even know it was L-shaped silicone, and I lived with it for 10 years. They had said they used ear cartilage, but after examining my ear and looking at the CT, they said there were no such traces. I was completely deceived during the consultation. For 10 years, I had no inflammation or side effects, but I was only dissatisfied with the hard feeling at the nasal tip and the excessively high shape. Lately, though, my nasal bridge has suddenly been very itchy. My original nose was also on the higher side, but I did it because I disliked the bulbous-nose feel. I want to get away from the foreign-body sensation of the L-shaped implant quickly. Which would be better, removal or revision surgery?
