I wrote this in a rush, so the context might be a bit weird...
I split it over 3 days and visited a total of 7 places, and after actually going around, I think I definitely understand what people mean by that “feeling.”
I’m looking for a director who can do my eyes and nose together, and I want a natural-to-natural-glam kind of vibe. Eyes - lots of skin and fat, protruding eyes, no need for canthoplasty Nose - not a low nose, hump, slightly bulbous nose, long nose, nose without much columella
This is really, totally, extremely!!!! my personal!! subjective evaluation, so even if I said I didn’t like somewhere, I think it’d still be good to make an appointment and go for a consultation yourself.
First, I went to ㄹㅂㄹ ㅎㄴㅂ ㅁㅌ ㅂㅌㅇ ㅈㅇㅈㅇ ㅍㄹㅇㅂ ㅇㅇ in that order, and I liked the last three places the most.
ㄹㅂㄹ was good because, unlike some hospitals, they used a computer and explained things while doing something to photos of my face. They also wrote down all the answers to my question list. But somehow the overall atmosphere and flow weren’t my style, so I passed. More than anything, I need to do my eyes too, but I liked another director better for eyes.
ㅎㄴㅂ, I’m not sure if the director was gentle or just casual/half-hearted; I don’t know, something about it... maybe they just saw me as someone who wasn’t really planning to have surgery... But it was good that they clearly said they couldn’t do the parts they couldn’t do.
ㅁㅌ, I heard there were many people who quietly had successful results there, so I went with some expectations, but oh no, this was the most kind of... hahahaha... They did feel firm and decisive, but if they’re going to be decisive, they should be decisive in the direction of getting as close as possible to what I want... They said something I didn’t want, it didn’t match, so I just came out. Still, people who click well with the director will probably match well.
ㅂㅌㅇ, this was my 4th favorite place, but the price was way too expensive. They explained things very thoroughly, and it was almost the only place that recommended surgery without implants. The consultant also mentioned several times that they’re good at no-implant rhinoplasty or whatever... anyway, I guess that’s the kind of place it is. So I thought, “Isn’t this the best one?” but it was insanely expensive, so I can’t even bring myself to go there....
ㅈㅇㅈㅇ, Director Go gave a very detailed explanation and worked hard using a ruler. I liked the part where he explained things with a ruler. The price wasn’t bad either. But starting from this clinic, they recommended donated rib cartilage, and the ㅍㄹㅇㅂ and ㅇㅇ mentioned later also use silicone + donated rib cartilage.. I’m a bit worried that using both silicone and donated rib cartilage might be too risky...
ㅍㄹㅇㅂ, Director Lee here. The price. 1st place. After hearing it... honestly, I almost said I’ll pack my things and leave right away.. I’m a poor college student..... Anyway, but I do think this director was probably number 1 out of the 7 hospitals.. I went in pretty worried, to the point that I made a question list, and he said that if I have a lot of worries, I shouldn’t get surgery. If you look at it positively, he’s very confident, so I can trust him and proceed. If you look at it negatively, it’s my face, and he’s telling me to entrust it without even this level of worry..? That’s how it could be seen. But given the atmosphere, I kind of took it more as the former.. He explained things and said later he would look at the nose photos I want and tell me whether it’s possible or not.. Also, this place mentioned the highest millimeters of silicone in advance. (But my nose is already a bit high, so he said it was the thin average? millimeters that others use.)
Lastly, ㅇㅇ. I was going to see Director Oh, but all the consultation reservations were full, so I went to Director Park. I liked how thorough he was, and the price here wasn’t bad either. But all the other places talked about ptosis correction, while here they didn’t mention ptosis correction. They said I didn’t necessarily need it, though of course some of the other places also said it was optional. What else did they say.. anyway, I asked a ton of questions about the nose, and they explained everything well.
..My fingers hurt, so it’s hard to write more.. Anyway, there weren’t any places that pressured me, and there were also places where I felt like they took extra care of me because I’m a broke student.
I feel like I’ll probably go to ㅇㅇ? One small worry is that there’s no anesthesiologist there..
It’s okay to write it like this, right?? Actually, what I want to ask is... I don’t know whether ㅈㅇㅈㅇ, ㅍㄹㅇㅂ, and ㅇㅇ are on a blacklist or notㅠㅠ If anyone knows whether there are people who had side effects or anything like that, could you let me know? I’ll be waiting...
