They don’t do something like an ultrasound to see how much fat there is. The director just felt the fat area with her hands and told me how much could be removed. I asked whether I had to do the upper arm, accessory breast, and bra line all together, and she explained how it would look if I did the accessory breast and bra line, and how it would look if I didn’t, so I understood. The consultation wasn’t very long.
