They did not do an ultrasound or anything like that to check how much fat there was. The director just felt the fatty area by hand and told me how much could be removed. I asked whether they would need to do the upper arm, axillary breast tissue, and bra line too, and they explained how it would look if the axillary breast tissue and bra line were done versus if they were not, so I understood. The consultation was not very long.
