I consulted about removal, but they advised against removal and recommended revision surgery. For the tip visibility, they recommended using autologous dermis. My original nose is low and my features are small, but they showed me mostly photos of flashy noses. I said I wanted it natural, but they said it wouldn't actually look high either. The doctor seemed to be a bit stubborn.
